Sometimes I don't have the sense god gave a goose....... I swear!

Hmmmmmmmmmm, an one might ask 'WHY' does she say that. Geese louise. What an experience? OMG!!!

I decided once again a few weeks ago to go into the trenches. OMG!

I was headed out to California and decided to take the bus. OMG!!!! .......and I wasn't checking Amtrack buses but guess which bus line I checked and came out on? Yep, smart lady that I am, I chose Greyhound...

To begin with, the first stop had a two hour layover. hmmmmm

.........and then, and then, and then, it went down hill from there.

I have to admit that I met the nicest people on my trip BUT, the bus line sucks and is very prejudice. It was apalling how the people I met were treated. There was no respect, nothing. It was horrendous.

The bus had to be from the 50's or 60's and it was attrocious.......... I can only tell you that we need to get some of our folks on these buses. (I think it had to do with there being mostly Mexicans that frequent this bus line.... and I don't say that lightly as there was one leg of the journey that I was probably the only person in a load of 54 or 55 that spoke English and yet the people I dealt with were the moste caring and loving and giving group.)

I have to admit that at every turn, there were NEW buses but 'WE' didn't seem to be worth a new bus. Both buses that I traveled on were broken and OLD. hmmmmmmmm and I swear the feeling I got was the route from LA to the San Joaquin Valley had mostly people of Mexican persuasion. (If you know anything about certain parts of California, for generations Mexicans have been very much in Delano, Visalia, Tulare, yadayadayadayada..........)

At one point we had a black bus driver that got heckled and harassed from ONE YOUNG WHITE man that nearly put me over the edge. He finally said something that I could use against him and I went right in his face and told him straight up if he harassed the driver one more time I would personally call 911 and have him arrested....... HE HAD intimated 'Terrorist' attack and I was so angry with him that I think I may have accidently spit in his face. He was pretty quiet after that except when he was departing the bus and he started making comments again that was directed at me this time. I watched him depart the bus and was so happy I would never have to see him again I let out a sigh of relief.

At one point leaving LA, the bus shut down just on the other side of the grapevine.
We were instructed to turn around and go back to LA if the bus would start, and pick up another bus. We were left waiting for at least another hour and a half before a different bus showed up.

In the mean time the heckler was constantly trying to engage everyone in an uprisin g. It was awful and at one point I took him aside and tried to reason with him only to have him bad mouth the bus driver again.

When we were leaving the terminal the driver got so angry he drove round the corner and walked out of the bus and told us all that he would not take the harassment anymore. He went in and called his boss and as I walked into the terminal I heard him yelling into the phone that he would not take the pressure anymore.

I talked to him and told him he was doing a good job and that I would understand if he walked away. He was almost in tears and I was crushed that we would once again lose against the bad guys.

After I finally talked him into taking us the rest of the way and sat back down, a black kid from the back of the bus walked to the front of the bus and showed his support and understanding.

........anyways to make a short story long, we continued on our way only to have the second bus stop the second time in almost the same place.

NOT once in all of this mess, did any of the rest of the passengers show a bit of anger and continued to support each other in a most loving way. It was amazing and I swear I was the only one on that whole bus that saw this as a big deal.

I had tried 3 or 4 time to use the phones at the terminals to let the people picking me up know that we were running 6 hours late. I finally asked one of my fellow passengers if I could use her cell and she very gratiously let me have it and since I had missplaced my glasses, she and her friend even dialed for me.

In the middle of this whole fiasco, the care shown to one another on that bus made me smile and happy inside.

The heckler finally departed the bus in Fresno, CA and the bus driver was very much at ease after that.

I'll tell you one thing one bad apple can surely ruin the barrel.

......... off topic here, I remember a march in Phoenix and I remember a very similar situation. There was a pick-up load of 'young white men' that tried to heckle us and start something, it's like they were sent to create and incident.

Tony Blair says Saddam gassed his own people, hmmmmmmmm.

Tues. Sept. 1, 2010 Tony Blair on The Daily Show video

Who gassed Kurds
EXCERPT:
And the story gets murkier: immediately after the battle the United States Defense Intelligence Agency investigated and produced a classified report, which it circulated within the intelligence community on a need-to-know basis. That study asserted that it was Iranian gas that killed the Kurds, not Iraqi gas.

The agency did find that each side used gas against the other in the battle around Halabja. The condition of the dead Kurds' bodies, however, indicated they had been killed with a blood agent - that is, a cyanide-based gas - which Iran was known to use. The Iraqis, who are thought to have used mustard gas in the battle, are not known to have possessed blood agents at the time.

Health care opposition turns racist violent (Jon Stewart video inside)

Thurs. Sept. 16, 2010 Bill Clinton on The Daily Show video

Rally to restore sanity Jon Stewart/Stephen Colberts response Glenn Beck 10/30/2010

Posted September 17, 2010 11:40 AM. "Rally to Restore Sanity" is set... TV personalities Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert are taking their political feud to Washington and plan to hold opposing political rallies on the National Mall just before the midterm elections. Stewart, host of Comedy Central's "The Daily Show," is promoting a "Rally to Restore Sanity" on Oct. 30 for people too busy with their normal lives to go to other political rallies.

Nearby, Colbert is promoting a "March to Keep Fear Alive." The host of Comedy Central's "The Colbert Report" is encouraging participants to bring an overnight bag and five extra sets of underwear.

National Park Service spokesman Bill Line says the two have filed a single application for a permit to host 25,000 people on the mall. It hasn't been approved

Jon Stewart
EXCERPT:
Jon Stewart (born Jonathan Stuart Leibowitz; November 28, 1962)[6] is an American political satirist, writer, television host, actor, media critic and stand-up comedian. He is widely known as host of The Daily Show, a satirical news program that airs on Comedy Central.

Stewart started as a stand-up comedian, but branched into television as host of Short Attention Span Theater for Comedy Central. He went on to host his own show on MTV, called The Jon Stewart Show, and then hosted another show on MTV called You Wrote It, You Watch It. He has also had several film roles as an actor. Stewart became the host of The Daily Show on Comedy Central in early 1999. He is also a writer and co-executive-producer of the show. After Stewart joined, The Daily Show steadily gained popularity and critical acclaim, which led to his first Emmy Award in 2001.

Stewart has gained acclaim as an acerbic, satirical critic of personality-driven media shows, in particular those of the US media networks CNN, Fox News Channel, and MSNBC.[8] Critics say Stewart benefits from a double standard: he critiques other news shows from the safe, removed position of his "fake news" desk.[9][10] Stewart agrees, saying that neither his show nor his channel purports to be anything other than satire and comedy. In spite of its self-professed entertainment mandate, The Daily Show has been nominated for news and journalism awards.[11] Stewart hosted the 78th and 80th Academy Awards. He is the co-author of America (The Book): A Citizen's Guide to Democracy Inaction, which was one of the best-selling books in the U.S. in 2004.[12]

[edit] Early life
Stewart was born in New York City to a Jewish family. He and his older brother, Larry (who is presently COO of NYSE),[13][14] grew up in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, where they attended Lawrence High School.[6] His mother, Marian, is an educational consultant and teacher, and his father, Donald Leibowitz, is a physics professor at The College of New Jersey. The couple divorced when Stewart was eleven years old and Stewart no longer has any contact with his father.[6] Stewart was a member of the school band as a horn player.[citation needed] Stewart has said that he was subjected to anti-Semitic bullying for being Jewish.[7] He describes himself in high school as "very into Eugene Debs and a bit of a leftist."[15]

After graduating from the College of William & Mary in 1984, Stewart held numerous jobs. He was a contingency planner for the New Jersey Department of Human Services, contract administrator for City University of New York, puppeteer for children with disabilities, caterer, busboy, shelf stocker at Woolworth's, and bartender at a local blue-collar bar, the Franklin Corner Tavern.[6][16][17] During part of this time, Stewart roomed with future congressman Anthony Weiner, who, to date, is the only politician to receive campaign donations from the Daily Show host.[18]

Health care is rascist
EXCERPT:
The death rate of African-American women is 37 percent higher than that for white women, even though white women are more likely than African-American women to contract the disease after age 35. Hispanic women also suffer a higher death rate.

The U.S. health care system is an open scandal. We devote far more of our national income to health care than any other industrial nation. Yet we get worse results -- higher child mortality, higher deaths from breast cancer, less prevention and more expense. If you have wealth, the best medicine in the world is available to you. If you are poor, or increasingly a middle- or low-income family, too often you will lack insurance or be vastly underinsured. You will forgo costly tests and let illnesses fester until they become debilitating.

This is getting worse, not better. More and more small businesses simply don't offer health care for their employees. More and more large ones are imitating Wal-Mart and moving to part-time employees, who can't afford what plan is offered. They count on Medicaid to provide some coverage for their workers. We pay the highest drug prices in the world, even though the U.S. government pays for much of the research that develops the drugs.

THE CORPORATION [17/23] Unsettling Accounts (Jane Akre and Steve Wilson)youtube

Why did FDR's New Deal hurt blacks
EXCERPT:
Marginal workers, like unskilled blacks, desperately needed an expanding economy to create more jobs. Yet New Deal policies made it harder for employers to hire people. FDR tripled federal taxes between 1933 and 1940. Social Security excise taxes on payrolls discouraged employers from hiring. New Deal securities laws made it harder for employers to raise capital. New Deal antitrust lawsuits harassed some 150 employers and whole industries. Whatever the merits of such policies might have been, it was bizarre to disrupt private sector employment when the median unemployment rate was 17 percent.

Amish and Social Security Insurance
EXCERPT:
Valentine Byler vs. the IRS
"Pay Unto Caesar - The Amish & Social Security"
Many people think the Amish do not pay taxes. They do. But they have been exempted from paying Social Security. This story is little known to the general public today. It is full of drama, clashes with the government, issues of religious freedom, politics, and much more. For writing this 5-part series, I was privileged to have access to many original materials and personal letters.

How Amish fought Social Security video inside as well
EXCERPT:
He also remembers when it was amended to first include farmers, which originally were not part of the program. This lead to the story of the Amish and their struggle with the IRS over Social Security.

You may not know this about the Amish community, but they do pay taxes. They pay income and property taxes just like any other American citizen. However, they do NOT pay social security or medicare. Why this is, and how they got out of it is a fascinating story I would like to share with you.

Social Security number wikipedia
EXCERPT:
Non-universal status
Social Security was originally a universal tax, but when Medicare was passed in 1965, objecting religious groups in existence prior to 1951 were allowed to opt out of the system.[9] Because of this, not every American is part of the Social Security program, and not everyone has a number. However, a social security number is required for parents to claim their children as dependents for federal income tax purposes,[6] and the Internal Revenue Service requires all corporations to obtain SSNs (or alternative identifying numbers) from their employees, as described below. The Old Order Amish have fought to prevent universal Social Security by overturning rules such as a requirement to provide a Social Security number for a hunting license.[10]

De jure wikipedia
EXCERPT:
De jure (in Classical Latin de iure) is an expression that means "concerning law", as contrasted with de facto, which means "concerning fact".

The terms de jure and de facto are used instead of "in principle" and "in practice", respectively, when one is describing political or legal situations.

In a legal context, de jure is also translated as "concerning law". A practice may exist de facto, where for example the people obey a contract as though there were a law enforcing it, yet there is no such law. A process known as "desuetude" may allow de facto practices to replace obsolete laws. On the other hand, practices may exist de jure and not be obeyed or observed by the people.

[edit] Social sciences and other usages
As a logical complement of de facto, where de facto has a more generic acceptance (not so restrictive as at legal context), like in social sciences. See de facto standards and other usages.

De facto wikipedia
EXCERPTs:

1) Politics
A de facto government is a government wherein all the attributes of sovereignty have, by usurpation, been transferred from those who had been legally invested with them to others, who, sustained by a power above the forms of law, claim to act and do really act in their stead.[2]

In politics, a de facto leader of a country or region is one who has assumed authority, regardless of whether by lawful, constitutional, or legitimate means; very frequently the term is reserved for those whose power is thought by some faction to be held by unlawful, unconstitutional, or otherwise illegitimate means, often by deposing a previous leader or undermining the rule of a current one. De facto leaders need not hold a constitutional office, and may exercise power in an informal manner.

2) Another example of a de facto ruler is someone who is not the actual ruler, but exerts great or total influence over the true ruler, which is quite common in monarchies. Some examples of these de facto rulers are Empress Dowager Cixi of China (for son Tongzhi and nephew Guangxu Emperors), Prince Alexander Menshikov (for his former lover Empress Catherine I of Russia), Cardinal Richelieu of France (for Louis XIII), and Queen Marie Caroline of Naples and Sicily (for her husband King Ferdinand I of the Two Sicilies).

Social Security (United States) wikipedia
EXCERPT:
Controversy
Social Security was controversial when originally proposed, with one point of opposition being that it would cause a loss of jobs. However, proponents argued that there was in fact an advantage: it would encourage older workers to retire, thereby creating opportunities for younger people to find jobs, which would lower the unemployment rate. While most economists attribute the recession of 1937 and 1938 to other causes, historian Edward Berkowitz subsequently contended that the Act was a cause of the "Roosevelt Recession".

Most women and minorities were excluded from the benefits of unemployment insurance and old age pensions. Employment definitions reflected typical white male categories and patterns.[11] Job categories that were not covered by the act included workers in agricultural labor, domestic service, government employees, and many teachers, nurses, hospital employees, librarians, and social workers.[12] The act also denied coverage to individuals who worked intermittently.[13] These jobs were dominated by women and minorities. For example, women made up 90% of domestic labor in 1940 and two-thirds of all employed black women were in domestic service.[14] Exclusions exempted nearly half the working population.[13] Nearly two-thirds of all African Americans in the labor force, 70 to 80% in some areas in the South, and just over half of all women employed were not covered by Social Security.[15][16] At the time, the NAACP protested the Social Security Act, describing it as “a sieve with holes just big enough for the majority of Negroes to fall through.”[16]

Some have suggested that this discrimination resulted from the powerful position of Southern Democrats on two of the committees pivotal for the Act’s creation, the Senate Finance Committee and the House Ways and Means Committee.[citation needed] Southern congressmen supported Social Security as a means to bring needed relief to areas in the South that were especially hurt by the Great Depression but wished to avoid legislation which might interfere with the racial status quo in the South. The solution to this dilemma was to pass a bill that both included exclusions and granted authority to the states rather than the national government (such as the states' power in Aid to Dependent Children). Others have argued that exclusions of job categories such as agriculture were frequently left out of new social security systems worldwide because of the administrative difficulties in covering these workers.[16]

Social Security reinforced traditional views of family life.[17] Women generally qualified for insurance only through their husbands or children.[17] Mothers’ pensions (Title IV) based entitlements on the presumption that mothers would be unemployed.[17]

Historical discrimination in the system can also be seen with regard to Aid to Dependent Children. Since this money was allocated to the states to distribute, some localities assessed black families as needing less money than white families. These low grant levels made it impossible for African American mothers to not work: one requirement of the program.[18] Some states also excluded children born out of wedlock, an exclusion which affected African American women more than white women.[19] One study determined that 14.4% of eligible white individuals received funding, but only 1.5% of eligible black individuals received these benefits.[16]

Social Security
EXCERPT:
Were the assets of the Social Security Trust Funds depleted in the past? The assets of the larger trust fund (OASI), from which retirement benefits are paid, were nearly depleted in 1982. No beneficiary was shortchanged because the Congress enacted temporary emergency legislation that permitted borrowing from other Federal trust funds and then later enacted legislation to strengthen OASI Trust Fund financing. The borrowed amounts were repaid with interest within 4 years.

The Social Security crisis begins in just 5 years.
EXCERPT:
The leftist opponents of Social Security reform want you to believe there’s no “crisis,” and that whatever problems the system may have won’t materialize for more than 35 years. Funny how such equanimity and patience seem to elude them when the subject is global warming.

The opponents of reform claim that the Social Security crisis is, in fact, a crisis of general public finance — not one of the Social Security system itself. They see Social Security as an entity separate from the federal government, and maintain that its own dedicated stream of tax revenues and trust-fund assets will keep it going for more than a third of a century.

Independent agencies of the US government (Social Security)
EXCERPT:
The Social Security Administration (SSA) manages the nation's social insurance program, consisting of retirement, disability, and survivors benefits. To qualify for these benefits, most American workers pay Social Security taxes on their earnings; future benefits are based on the employees' contributions. SSA was part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services until the early 1990s.

Is SS still a part of the Department of Health and Human Services
EXCERPT:
Department of Health and Human Services
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission Statement

The Department of Health and Human Services is the United States government's principal agency for protecting health and providing essential human services to Americans.

Administering some 250 separate programs, the department has the largest budget among all the federal departments--in fact, a budget that is exceeded only by that of the United States itself and Germany. The HHS budget accounts for almost 40 percent of all United States federal government spending.

The largest single federal programs, Social Security and Medicare, are part of this department. HHS' National Institutes of Health comprise the world's largest medical research center. And the Food and Drug Administration regulates products that account for some 25 cents for every dollar spend by American consumers. The department's employees work in every U.S. state and in many other countries of the world.

The work of the Department is carried out principally by four operating divisions:
-- Public Health Services
-- Social Security Administration
-- Health Care Financing Administration
-- Administration for Children and Families

With Emphasis on those least able to help themselves, the department provides services that protect and advance the quality of life for all Americans. HHS provides direct services or income support to more than one in every five Americans.
At a glance:
-- HHS Budget, FY 1994 -- $641 billion
-- HHS Employees -- 127,000

US Dept of Health and Human Services
EXCERPT:
The department was renamed the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in 1979,[3] when its education functions were transferred to the newly created United States Department of Education under the Department of Education Organization Act.[4] HHS was left in charge of the Social Security Administration, agencies constituting the Public Health Service, and Family Support Administration.

In 1995, the Social Security Administration was removed from the Department of Health and Human Services, and established as an independent agency of the executive branch of the United States Government.

Derry Brownfield v Monsanto
EXCERPT:
Monsanto's Goon Squads
Farm Broadcaster Ousted After Ripping Monsanto's Goon Squads
By Russell Mokhiber
Corporate Crime Reporter, May 1, 2008
Straight to the Source

If you have heard of Learfield Communications, it is probably from listening to college football and basketball games.

The Jefferson City, Missouri based Learfield is one of the nation's largest broadcasters of college sports.

But it also produces news programming heard throughout the farm belt.

Learfield was started 35 years ago by Clyde Lear and Derry Brownfield.

Lear went on to be the chairman of the company. He bought out his friend and partner Brownfield in 1985.

Brownfield went on to do market news reports for the Learfield news division until 1997 or so, when he started broadcasting a daily call-in show called The Common Sense Coalition.

Derry Brownfield would broadcast The Common Sense Coalition from the studios of Learfield Communications.

Learfield would subsidize the program and allow Brownfield to use its studios and satellite hook-up.

Monsanto happens to be a big advertiser of the Learfield news division - to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars a year.

Brownfield happens to think that Monsanto is an evil corporation.

Therein lies the rub.

For weeks, Brownfield had been ripping Monsanto on air for its policies of enforcing its seed patents against farmers.

On the April 16 show, Brownfield's topic was seed industry concentration in America.

Accusing Fox News Corporation of "intentionally airing false and distorted news reports," former reporters Steve Wilson and Jane Akre filed a challenge against the company's license to broadcast using publicly owned airwaves.[1]

The married couple filed a petition on 3 January 2005 with the Federal Communications Commission to deny renewal of license to Tampa station WTVT, Channel 13, for "intentionally airing false and distorted news reports" in 1997.[2]

axU9ngbTxKw By all accounts, Jane Akre and Steve Wilson are tough, bulldog reporters--the sort of journalists you'd expect to make some enemies along the way.

That, according to Florida TV station WTVT, was why it hired the husband-and-wife team with much fanfare in November 1996 to head the station's "news investigative unit." Now, in the wake of their firing barely a year later, the Fox network affiliate is accusing them of theft for daring to independently publish the script of the story that they were never allowed to air.

Is it legal to laminate your Social Security card?

Answer
No it is not illegal, but it’s best not to laminate your card. Laminated cards make it difficult, if not impossible, to detect important security features.
The Social Security Act requires the Commissioner of Social Security to issue cards that cannot be counterfeited. We incorporate many, many features that protect the card’s integrity. That includes highly specialized paper and printing techniques—some visible to the naked eye and some not. Further, we continue to actively explore and adopt new technologies that hamper duplication.

I have had a SS card since I was about 12, and I laminated it, and it's survived, well, a bunch of years.

EXCERPT:
Trying to control or manipulate life through the means of money is a form of addiction

Technocracy
EXCERPTs:
1) Their keen focus on the efficient use of energy is likely the first hint of a sustained ecological/environmental movement in the United States. Technocracy Study Course stated, for instance,

2) Modern emphasis on curtailing carbon fuel consumption that causes global warming and CO2 emissions is essentially a product of early Technocratic thinking.

He who controls money controls the world
EXCERPT:
The words "population control" bring a thought process to bear on any person contemplating the phrase...usually connected to the idea of simple demographic overpopulation. But that is only one part of the equation - population control is not just limiting the overall number of humans that exist on the planet at any given moment to "sustainable" levels. It's also about CONTROLLING the behavior, thought processes, attitudes, and beliefs of the population as well.

Money addiction
EXCERPT:
And as with an addiction to alcohol or drugs, family members eventually become drawn into the pathology through all of the interactions and mutual dependencies that are part of any family. The earner can have an unnatural power and control over other family members as they have their hand on the spigot so to speak, they can turn on or cut off supply. They manipulate with money and eventually other family members learn to manipulate them right back. The earner as well as family members can become increasingly taken over by money and all of the "paraphernalia" that surrounds a life of wealth. Just as the pot smoker becomes dependent on his water pipe, cigarette papers and laid back surroundings, the old "hippie pad", the money addict becomes equally bonded to the trappings of wealth, the cars, big house, clothes, trips, parties, travel, fine educations, elegant surroundings and fancy friends. Money also becomes woven into relationships. The saddest manifestation of this being when I see the earner judging all family members through the lens of money (how much do they make?) rather than through a lens of deeper relationship values and worth. For the person addicted to money, there is no accomplishment that matches the amassing of wealth. Eventually, the money addict can't really distinguish real love from the love he is able to purchase and he loses his ability to "roll with the punches" that any lasting relationship requires. He wants the "punches" to roll with him, to control the messy, sticky parts of live and to smooth out any jutting edges. Unfortunately life can and should be messy at times to allow for growth and change to occur. When the money addict disallows this "messiness" he puts a hamper on personal growth for himself and those around him.

Dr. David Kelly snuff film carbon offset
EXCERPT:
Our research suggests that Becket or Miliband ordered the Kelly snuff film through Sarah Jones, then head of the BBC in-house legal department and a former employee of Magic Circle law firm Allen & Overy, a carbon-offset broker with the Legal Sector Alliance.

No sex please
EXCERPT:
One of the world’s largest law firms, Allen & Overy, has ordered a senior lawyer in its Moscow office to stop publishing erotic fiction on her personal Web site. A spokesman for the firm told news reporters that the saucy stories written by lawyer Deidre Dare, who is from the United States, violated the firm’s strict rules governing employee conduct.

Legal Sector Alliance
EXCERPT:

G20: adopt better regulation or climate policies just hot air
The Legal Sector Alliance is calling on G20 nations to implement more effective legislation to support the commitments they make to tackling climate change.

The call comes ahead of the G20 Pittsburgh Summit on 24 September and the end-of-year Copenhagen Summit where leaders from across the world will meet for the United Nations Climate Change Conference to thrash out a global deal on carbon emissions.

Technocracy wikipedia
EXCERPT:
Technocracy is a form of government in which engineers, scientists, health professionals and other technical experts are in control of decision making in their respective fields. The term technocracy derives from the Greek words tekhne meaning skill and kratos meaning power, as in government, or rule. Thus the term technocracy denotes a system of government where those who have knowledge, expertise or skills compose the governing body. In a technocracy decision makers would be selected based upon how highly knowledgeable they are, rather than how much political capital they hold.

Hubbert Peak Theory wikipedia
EXCERPT:
The Hubbert peak theory posits that for any given geographical area, from an individual oil-producing region to the planet as a whole, the rate of petroleum production tends to follow a bell-shaped curve. It is one of the primary theories on peak oil.

M. King Hubbert
EXCERPT:
Marion King Hubbert (October 5, 1903 – October 11, 1989) was a geoscientist who worked at the Shell research lab in Houston, Texas. He made several important contributions to geology, geophysics, and petroleum geology, most notably the Hubbert curve and Hubbert peak theory (a basic component of Peak oil), with important political ramifications. He was often referred to as "M. King Hubbert" or "King Hubbert".

Entropy
EXCERPT:
Entropy and Disorder
If you assert that nature tends to take things from order to disorder and give an example or two, then you will get almost universal recognition and assent. It is a part of our common experience. Spend hours cleaning your desk, your basement, your attic, and it seems to spontaneously revert back to disorder and chaos before your eyes. So if you say that entropy is a measure of disorder, and that nature tends toward maximum entropy for any isolated system, then you do have some insight into the ideas of the second law of thermodynamics.

Some care must be taken about how you define "disorder" if you are going to use it to understand entropy. A more precise way to characterize entropy is to say that it is a measure of the "multiplicity" associated with the state of the objects. If a given state can be accomplished in many more ways, then it is more probabable than one which can be accomplished in only a few ways. When "throwing dice", throwing a seven is more probable than a two because you can produce seven in six different ways and there is only one way to produce a two. So seven has a higher multiplicity than a two, and we could say that a seven represents higher "disorder" or higher entropy.

Carbon Currency Green Agenda
EXCERPT:
The Carbon Currency

During my research into this subject it has become crystal clear that the 'Climate Crisis' has been conceived by the Gaia Cult as a way to control and reduce human activity in order to protect their goddess. To achieve this they have devised a 'carbon rationing' system that will include a mandatory carbon card that you must have if you want to buy anything, even food. And it will be global - everyone will be signed up to the same system.

Their plan is that everyone on earth will be given the same number of 'carbon credits' so a person living in a village in India, who doesn't even own a car, will suddenly has a 1000 carbon credits. If a family in America wants to have two cars and heat their home in winter they will have to buy credits from poorer countries. This is just a socialist scheme for global wealth redistribution.

Alon USA
ALON USA acquired ownership of the Big Spring, Texas refinery in August 2000, when ALON Israel Oil Company Ltd. purchased the U.S. fuels marketing and refining assets of Atofina Petrochemicals, Inc. (FINA). The 70,000-barrels-per-day Big Spring refinery delivers products to our customers from Ft. Smith, Arkansas to Phoenix, Arizona via owned/operated and third-party pipelines.

The Big Spring refinery has been in service for more than 75 years, converting mainly crude oil from the Permian Basin. It has an annual production of 4 million tons of fuel products and asphalt intended for the southwestern United States. The Big Spring refinery can be supplied with crude from the Gulf of Mexico coast through the Amdel pipeline. ALON USA has interest and access rights in several petroleum products transportation networks serving the southwestern region.

Strategically located to take advantage of readily available West Texas crude oil, the Big Spring refinery makes ALON USA a regional marketer of gasoline and diesel in West Texas, New Mexico and Arizona. Joshua Cosden constructed the original refinery structure in 1928. With the coming of World War II, demand for petroleum spiked, and the facility was expanded to help fuel the U.S. war effort.

In the 1950's and 1960's, additional facilities for chemical processing and refinement were added. In 1963, the refinery and its operations were purchased by FINA, which held ownership until the ALON USA purchase in 2000. The refinery was expanded in early 2005 to its current 70,000 bpd crude oil throughput capacity.

Today, the Big Spring refinery employs approximately 170 people, and has the potential to expand production capacity to about 75,000 barrels per day. ALON USA plans to expand its FINA and 7-Eleven operations throughout the Southwest, and will tap that extra capacity as its marketing presence increases.

Terrorism and War
Written January 27, 2006

I have little direct evidence about the atrocities in the Spanish civil war. I know that some were committed by the Republicans, and far more (they are still continuing) by the Fascists. But what impressed me then, and has impressed me ever since, is that atrocities are believed in or disbelieved in solely on grounds of political predilection. Everyone believes in the atrocities of the enemy and disbelieves in those of his own side, without ever bothering to examine the evidence. Recently I drew up a table of atrocities during the period between 1918 and the present; there was never a year when atrocities were not occurring somewhere or other, and there was hardly a single case when the Left and the Right believed in the same stories simultaneously.

— George Orwell, "Looking Back on the Spanish War"

In the US moral perspective and in US political discussions there are two basic kinds of armed conflict: war and terrorism. There's a lot of grey area in the middle, but that's not the part that interests me. The part that interests me is the distinction.

The distinction isn't about methods, forces, reasons for fighting, or the legitimacy of the organizations sponsoring the fighting. These all come up in discussions, but they aren't the metrics by which the fighting swings from clearly war to clearly terrorism. The difference is, concisely, who the targets are. If you target enemy combatants, it's war. If you target civilian populations, it's terrorism. (There are some exceptions in world wars and around collateral damage, but the essence still holds.)

There are many reasons for this, and it is certainly not a phenomenon limited to the US. This definition is idealized in chivalry, reinforced by cultural stories and peer pressure, and is so basic to the way that we think about physical conflict that it's an unexamined set of assumptions deep in our cultural outlook. Children are told to pick on someone their own size, you never shoot someone in the back, you only fight people who are prepared to fight you, you fight the other guy's fighters and not their families, and so on. This attitude runs so deep that it's considered basic morality.

These rules serve a practical purpose: allowing a society to fight wars without being destroyed by them. This is an important goal if you have a lot of wars, and there have been times in history where there were a lot of wars. Unless you have some rules that create limited warfare, the losers would be devastated by the winners, both sides would be severely damaged by the war, peace would be far harder, and everything would look much uglier. Rules of limited warfare kept the women and children safe to create more citizens, kept the food supplies behind the lines protected, and protected the government, bureaucracy, and social system from being destroyed by the war. It also had the significant effect of keeping the rulers safe by saying that assassination is against the rules. Those rulers were, of course, the same people who worked out what the rules were. (I don't, by this, mean to imply that there aren't benefits for nearly everyone in this set of rules. There are. But it's worth keeping in mind that cultural rules often can be traced to how they help the powerful.)

However, the rules of limited warfare also do something else. They put the full burden of the war on armies following army rules, which in practice means that they ensure that the side with the best army wins. This is built into the language we use to talk about the proper way of conducting war: a fair fight. By definition, a fair fight means the side with the best army wins. These rules of limited, civilized warfare are like the Marquis of Queensbury rules in boxing: they're designed to ensure the best boxer wins, with no funny business and no recourse to anything other than boxing skill.

So far, so good. In a world of mostly balanced powers (which has been the case through most of history), you win some and you lose some, wars stay under control because of the rules, and most of the pain is born by the soldiers who presumably volunteered or got unlucky or are nasty foreign mercenaries we don't care about anyway. The sides with the best armies win, and since good armies are built by powerful economies with high technology and lots of natural resources, the US always has good armies, so we nearly always win when everyone follows the rules. It's a great system for us.

Now, let's look at the other side.

Suppose that you're a citizen of some tiny little country in the bad part of nowhere with few resources to speak of, lots of starving people, and a bad economy. Specifically, suppose you're Palestinian. And you're in a conflict with Israel, which has most of the modern technology and resources that the US can throw at wars, and which is simply always going to beat you in a fair fight. Always. They're better boxers and always will be better boxers. You have no real hope of finding any allies that can do for you what the US does for Israel in terms of support in an outright shooting war.

Note that I am not saying a single word about the morality of either side of this. I'm just presuming that there's a war, which there is. Take a step back from who's right and who's wrong for just a moment.

What would you think about these rules of limited warfare which, if followed, guarantee that you will always lose? And what would you think about a system of morality that says that you're evil incarnate if you don't follow those rules, and lose, whenever you fight? When someone tells you that you have to follow these rules, are you going to hear a measured and reasoned analysis of the morality involved, or are you going to feel you're told you're required to lose? That, basically, you're being handed a pile of high-sounding moral rhetoric that reduces to "Israel is a better boxer and therefore they deserve to win because the fight should be fair?" In other words, this elaborate morality that we've constructed around war sounds, to the other side, very much like "might makes right."

It is quite common in the US for people to wring their hands and claim they just don't understand why anyone would support terrorism. Those people have never thought about the other side. There's a word for not having to think about other people's problems. That word is "privileged."

People in the US have a tiny percentage of the population fight all their wars for them, have the luxury to set up elaborate rules around wars so that they are rarely ever personally hurt, and have the best armies. All those rules about the correct way to fight wars ensure that we'll win the wars without having to fight ourselves. Everything that any of us say about war, myself included, is from that position of privilege. The rules favor us. That doesn't mean the rules are necessarily wrong in some moral sense. It does mean that it's not horribly surprising that the people whom the rules do not favor aren't as fond of them.

Terrorism is the way you fight when you can't win wars in a fair fight. It's fighting dirty. It's like kidnapping the wife of the other boxer and holding her hostage to win the boxing match. It's not fair, it's against all the rules, it's not limited warfare, and it directly threatens the privilege of those of us whom the rules of war protect, like the other boxer's wife. It makes war more dangerous and destabilizing because all those behind-the-lines resources, social structures, and people in power are now potentially at risk. In other words, it means that if the terrorists get really lucky, the side with the best army may take more damage than it should in a fair fight, and might be unable to maintain control they would otherwise be assured.

Of course we hate terrorism. Terrorism means that war isn't something that only happens to other people. Terrorism destroys the outsourcing of war to soldiers and destroys our imagined sense of neutrality where we're not actually fighting since all we're doing is providing money. Terrorism makes us targets and means war isn't something that happens to other people.

But, again, look at the other side. Terrorism is a way that you can fight when you would otherwise lose. Terrorism is bad, nasty, dirty option, but it's an option other than surrender. Fighting wars while following all the rules is equivalent to giving up if you're so far overpowered that you have no shot in a fair fight of armies. It's a horrible, powerless feeling when you're in a war and you know that, no matter how brave you are, no matter how much you try, the force calculation says that you're inevitably going to lose. Terrorism gives you options. Terrorism provides you with some sense of power and control over what you can do.

Now, all of the above assumes that there simply is an armed conflict and there's no way to avoid it. Obviously, the best path is to not fight at all, to find some other means of resolving disagreements. Historically, and for obvious reasons, the side that is guaranteed to win in a fair fight has not been particularly fond of giving concessions to the side that would lose, but it's happened. There's a whole path of peace that I'm not talking about in this essay.

But, looking only at the fighting and not the morality of the positions for a moment, think about this, and you'll understand why Hamas wins elections. Think about it some more, and you'll understand why simply condemning terrorist groups as immoral, evil, inhuman monsters doesn't solve a problem. We're condemning people's desire to find an option other than surrender without providing an alternative. Think about how you'd feel if you were told that you had to follow a set of rules that guaranteed you could not personally defend anything you cared about in a fight, and think about that in a context where you didn't believe that any of the alternative mechanisms of justice would ever rule effectively in your favor. Imagine that the other side would always still have a well-funded army that was allowed to fight according to the rules that ensure they win.

Think about it some more, and you might see that as long as there are only two alternatives, terrorism or losing a war by the rules, what we are telling the Palestinians is that their only acceptable solution is surrender.

Try to look beyond your personal privilege, look past the protection those rules offer you personally, and wonder why anyone would believe they would just quietly accept those terms.

The only real solution is another option, which is certainly not news and is what everyone else has been saying for years. But while we're struggling to find that other option, what message are we really sending by villifying terrorism in the way that we are? In the giant echo chamber of Western media, it's preaching to the choir and making all of us feel better about our privileged position, reinforcing our shared morality and cultural assumptions. To the people who can't win in a fair fight, it's saying to them that if they ever, for whatever reason, get into an armed conflict, they're simply screwed. The longer we insistently say, with the full force of our moral superiority, that being pounded into the dirt by a superior army time and time again is the right and just way the world should work, the less likely they are to listen to anything we have to say ever again. Even if we find another option.

Some food for thought.

Rush Limbaugh blames Oklahoma City bombing on Bill Clinton video
EXCERPT:
Right or wrong, the Oklahoma City bombing has become something of a political football ever since the terrorist attack occurred. Every anniversary a debate emerges as to who was to blame for the attack, and how it could have been prevented.

Last week, former President Bill Clinton lightly brushed upon the subject in a speech before the Center for American Progress. Without specifically mentioning the Oklahoma City bombing, Clinton warned about the danger of right-wing rhetoric in possibly promoting violence. Clinton specifically mentioned Rush Limbaugh's more extreme rants against the Obama administration.

Kagan, Ruby Ridge, coverup

Hudson dept. store demolition
EXCERPT:
Mark Loizeaux, President of CDI, called Hudson’s the greatest dynamic structural control challenge the company had ever faced. CDI had to sever the steel in the columns and create a delay system which could simultaneously control the failure of the building’s 12 different structural configurations, while trying to keep the hundreds of thousands of tons of debris within the 420 ft by 220 ft footprint of the structure. CDI needed structural data to complete its design. Under CDI direction, Homrich/NASDI’s 21 man crew needed three months to investigate the complex and four months to complete preparations for CDI’s implosion design. During that period, the lower two basements of the structure were filled with engineered fill and the perimeter basement walls bermed to 1st basement level with soil to support perimeter walls which would surely have failed under soil and hydrostatic loads once the horizontal support of the Hudson’s internal structure was removed by the implosion.

The ties of Controlled Demolition, Inc. with the DoD are very old. In November 1978 through January 1979 CDI used both conventional and implosion methods to destroy former Soviet military's Large Phased Array Radar Facility in Skrunda, Latvia, under the direction of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Transatlantic Programs Center. Already in the 50s the father of the Loizeauz Brothers, Jack Loizeaux, "was blasting tree stumps for the U.S. Forestry Service in Georgia." He later would found Controlled Demolition. http://www.implosionworld.com/history3.htm About the vertically, rather than falling over collapse of the Twin Towers, his son Mark Loizeaux once answered: "I don't have a clue".

LPAR Facility in Russia and Controlled Demolition
EXCERPT:
The second tallest building in Latvia and twenty-four other structures were carefully demolished at a large phase array radar (LPAR) facility in the middle of an active Russian military base in Skrunda, Latvia. When finished, the nearly-completed, over-the-horizon system was to become the mainstay of Russia’s central European early warning system for nuclear attack. The complex was demolished as a result of President Clinton’s commitment to help the Latvian government comply with a treaty involving the withdrawal of Russian troops.

Bush Brother’s Firm Faces Inquiry Over Purchases
By MARILYN W. THOMPSON
Published: November 7, 2007
WASHINGTON, Nov. 6 — The inspector general of the Department of Education has said he will examine whether federal money was inappropriately used by three states to buy educational products from a company owned by Neil Bush, the president’s brother.

Neil Bush and Crest Investment Company
EXCERPT:
Neil disclosed this employment during a divorce deposition on March 3, 2003. He testified that he was co-chairman of the Houston-based, Crest Investment Corporation, which invests in energy and other ventures, and said he received $15,000 every three months for a average 3 or 4 hours of work a week doing "miscellaneous consulting services." "Such as?" his ex-wife's Attorney asked, "Such as answering phone calls when Jamal Daniel, the other co-chairman, called and asked for advice," Neil answered.

Crest's co-chairman, Daniel, sits on the advisory board of New Bridge Strategies, a firm set up in March 2003, just in time to cash in on the Iraq reconstruction contracts, by a group of businessmen with close ties to the Bush family, and both Bush administrations. The firm's chairman is Joe Allbaugh, who was W's campaign director in the 2000, and who was appointed Director of FEMA once Bush took office.

Middle East: Bush's Brother Helped New Bridge Strategies Businessmen
EXCERPT:
On several occasions, the two have attempted to exploit their association with the president's brother to help win business and investors.

Three people contacted by the FT have seen letters written by Neil Bush recommending business ventures promoted by Mr Howland, Mr Daniel and his family in the Middle East. Mr Daniel has also had his photograph taken with the elder Mr Bush. Such letters and photographs can be valuable props when doing business in the Middle East.

Mr Daniel's Houston investment fund, Crest Investment Corporation, employs Neil Bush as co-chairman. Crest Investment also helped fund Neil Bush's Ignite!, an educational software company. Mr Daniel sometimes introduces himself as a founding backer of Mr Bush's company, a Middle-Eastern businessman who has met him said, and has persuaded the families of prominent leaders in the region to invest.

Guiliani, the mob and FreshKill landfill
EXCERPT:
But it is his current position that makes the investigation such a sensitive matter for the Giuliani administration. The Mayor's Office of Operations is in the midst of developing a plan with the Department of Sanitation to close the Staten Island landfill by 2001 and export as many as 12,900 tons of garbage a day to other states. The plan has spawned a feud between the Mayor and officials in Virginia and four other mid-Atlantic states.

Fresh Kills Landfill
EXCERPT:
At the peak of its operation, the contents of twenty barges - each carrying 650 tons of garbage - were added to the site every day.[3]There is speculation that it could be regarded as being the largest man-made structure on Earth,[3] with the site's volume eventually exceeding the Great Wall of China.[3] In 2001 its peak was 25 meters taller than the Statue of Liberty.[3] Under local pressure and with support of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the landfill site was closed on March 22, 2001. However, after the September 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center, the landfill was temporarily reopened to receive and process much of the debris from the destruction. The debris was never removed and is buried in a 40 acre portion of the landfill. The New York City Medical Examiner has stated in a written affidavit that he is "virtually certain" the debris contains human remains [4].

Originally the land that the landfill was located on was a salt of intertidal marsh. The subsoil was made up of clay, with sand and silt as the top layer of soil. The land was originally farmland, and still contained large amount of wildlife within the four mounds of the landfill. There were tidal wetlands, forests, and freshwater wetlands.[5]

From the landfill, many chemicals were leached into the environment. Chemicals were released into the air from the barges during loading and unloading with garbage trucks, local ground water leaching, and chemical dust from cement trucks. The Fresh Kills Landfill was unlined and leached thousands of pounds of heavy metals and toxic chemicals into nearby waterways. The residents nearby on Staten Island were also very familiar to the odors emitted from the landfill. The landfill cost the city one billion dollars to shut down. Federal law mandates that the city must continue to monitor and maintain the site for thirty years after the last dumping occurred.[citation needed]

Decades of delay in landfill cleanup promps lawsuit by Staten Islanders
EXCERPT:
Though far smaller than the borough's infamous Fresh Kills landfill, the Brookfield site poses nearly as great a threat to the environment as its 3,000-acre counterpart, because of the toxic combination of cyanide, lead, arsenic, and other contaminants leaking from the landfill.

The federal investigation found that somewhere between 10,000 gallons a week to 50,000 gallons a day of hazardous waste were dumped illegally at the site during its last six years of operation. The oil, sludge, metal plating, lacquers and solvents, which came from manufacturers throughout the region, remain buried on the site and feed the 95,000 gallons of contaminated water which leak from the site each day into groundwater and the Richmond Creek.

There are nearly 10,000 people living within a quarter-mile of the landfill. In addition, four schools and one church -- the Tanglewood Nursery School, P.S. 37, P.S. 32, St. Patrick's School, and St. Patrick's church -- are within a quarter mile of the landfill.

Bloomberg's biggest scandal the Deutsche Bank fire should be his downfall
EXCERPT:
Ever since Beddia and Graffagnino succumbed to smoke on the 14th floor of the city's most toxic building, just 118 feet from where 343 of their brothers perished six years earlier. Even Bloomberg's Department of Investigations (DOI) found last month, in a report barely noticed by the press, that it was a case of death by official dereliction.

Deutsche fire
EXCERPT:
The deadly fire came after years of Community Board 1 and other local residents and activists warning that the building was unsafe. The Lower Manhattan Development Corporation, which owns the building, hired an asbestos decontamination subcontractor who had no experience and alleged mob ties. A series of accidents led up to the fire, and each time the community raised an alarm. Each time, they were ignored.

Kerik (Guiliani's bud)
EXCERPT:
Bribery. Accepted $255,000 worth of renovations to his apartment in an upscale section of the Bronx from a mob-connected construction company, Interstate Industrial Corporation, that sought his help in winning city contracts. Kerik was Commissioner of the New York City Department of Corrections at the time. He already admitted to charges from city prosecutors that the payments constituted an illegal gift.

Guiliani and Kerik and the mob
EXCERPT:
The City investigation was prompted by a $30 million contract sought by the DiTommaso brothers’ business to assist in the closing of the Fresh Kills landfill on Staten Island, an illegal Mob-controlled landfill that was only closed after the election of former Mafia Prosecutor Rudolph Giuliani as Mayor of New York. The City as a result of their investigation canceled the $30 million contract.

The Federal investigation of the DiTommaso brothers concerned their purchase of a Staten Island waste station controlled by Edward Garafola, who is married to the sister of former Gambino Family Underboss Sammy "The Bull" Gravano. Garafola was indicted in March 2000 along with Lawrence Ray, an executive of the DiTommaso brothers’ Interstate Industrial Corporation, and Daniel Persico, nephew of Colombo Family Godfather Carmine "The Snake" Persico, on Federal charges involving a $40 million stock ‘pump and dump’ scam. Interstate Industrial Corporation was also denied a contract by the New Jersey Casino Control Commission in 2000 to perform work on an Atlantic City gambling casino.

Pump and dump stock scams
EXCERPT:
Enron
As late as April 2001, before the company's collapse, Enron executives participated in an elaborate scheme of pump-and-dump[4] in addition to other illegal practices that fooled the most experienced analysts on Wall Street. Studies of the anonymous messages posted on the Yahoo board dedicated to Enron revealed predictive messages that the company was basically a house of cards, and that investors should bail out while the stock was good.[5] Enron had falsely reported profits which inflated the stock price, and then covered the real numbers by using questionable accounting practices. 29 Enron executives sold overvalued stock for more than 1 billion prior to the company going bankrupt.[6]

I gave this company money that promised to double it in 90 days. I didn't realize it was a Ponzi Scheme til it was too late. The first time I invested, they came through, but the second time I got screwed and the company closed their doors. Now I've lost all of my initial principle money and interest money. This was just after George Theodule got caught last year around August 2009 for doing the same thing to numerous Haitians.

Has anyone else out there been scammed by these people? The officers were Ronnie Bass, Brian Taglieri, and Abner Albre. All three of these guys have disappeared with my money and others. Before they left, Brian wanted me to convert my principle and interest to a new company called International Business Ventures in the form of shares, but I refused. The SEC has also filed a lawsuit: Complaints pdf

The case is ongoing as far as I can see. I was told that a court hearing is this November 3rd. I can't afford an attorney, but I have filed a complaint with the State Attorney so my status is in limbo. Is anyone else out there also a victim or know someone who has experienced the same situation and do you have any pertinent information to add to this?

Thank you to anyone who responds.
Trying to understand Narcissism
EXCERPT:
Narcissists are very disappointing as gift-givers. This is not a trivial consideration in personal relationships. I've seen narcissistic people sweetly solicit someone's preferences ("Go ahead -- tell me what you really want"), make a show of paying attention to the answer ("Don't you think I'm nice?"), and then deliver something other than what was asked for -- and feel abused and unappreciated when someone else gets gratitude for fulfilling the very request that the narcissist evoked in the first place. I've seen this happen often, where narcissists will go out of their way to stir up other people's expectations and then go out of their way to disappoint those expectations. It seems like a lot of pointless work to me.
First, narcissists lack empathy, so they don't know what you want or like and, evidently, they don't care either; second, they think their opinions are better and more important than anyone else's, so they'll give you what they think you ought to want, regardless of what you may have said when asked what you wanted for your birthday; third, they're stingy and will give as gifts stuff that's just lying around their house, such as possessions that they no longer have any use for, or -- in really choice instances -- return to you something that was yours in the first place. In fact, as a practical matter, the surest way NOT to get what you want from a narcissist is to ask for it; your chances are better if you just keep quiet, because every now and then the narcissist will hit on the right thing by random accident. ^

The Rockefeller Foundation has gifted grants to the UN Population Council, which has its roots in eugenics, the CFR (Council on Foreign Relations) and the UN World Bank. Read the transcript from Senator Norm Dodds’ interview with G. Edward Griffin for more information on the traitorous Rockefeller and Ford Foundations (http://www.realityzone.com/hiddenagenda2.html).

The Robert Redford Building houses the NRDC office in Los Angeles, and he is on the NRDC Board of Trustees. Robert Redford incessantly promotes man made global warming (which is based on corrupt science from the UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Control), as well as Sustainable Development which, through the UN Global Biodiversity Assessment report, advocates erasing humans from 50% of the landscape and massive depopulation. Further, he is on the Global Council on Awakening Arts and Entertainment, which is closely related to the Club of Budapest, a branch of the Club of Rome, an organization famous for writing that they would use pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages and famine to unite them, and then named humanity as the enemy (2).

The Solution supported for this manufactured crisis is the Peripheral Canal. The ‘scientific’ report for the Peripheral Canal was funded by Sephen Bechtel and the David and Lucile Packard Foundation (3)

The Bechtel Corporation is well known for privatizing a major water source in poverty stricken Bolivia after it had defaulted on a World Bank loan, and then they reportedly raised the water utility rates by over 50%. You can read a long history of their crimes and shoddy workmanship here..........

Crop circle wikipedia
EXCERPT:
Rockefeller study
In 1999, researcher Colin Andrews received funding from Laurence Rockefeller to conduct a two-year investigation into crop circles. His team concluded that 80% of all crop formations that appeared in England throughout 1999 and 2000 were unquestionably man-made and instigated by business and media interests. However the team could not account for the nature of the remaining 20%, which were termed "genuine". Andrews stated that he had encountered such "unexplainable" patterns 20 years earlier.[15]

Andrews's figures have been disputed by CSICOP who argue that his criteria for distinguishing between man-made circles and non-man-made circles were insufficient, as no official standard exists for determining the nature of a crop circle. Furthermore, these circles were in England, where the hoax is most operative.[citation needed]

Funding from L. Rockefeller has also led to the creation of the BLT Research team,[16] a group of scientists and researches focused on providing thorough scientific documentation regarding all aspects of crop circle phenomena.

Crop Circles and the key to the World Order

EXCERPT:
This article takes up the challenge formed by the reality of crop circles from an unknown origin. After discussing the psychology of repression and denial and an analysis of the phenomenon there is a conclusion stating that to arrive at a mondial concept of time-management is fundamental to the idea of a practical key to the world culture we could offer the alien intelligences we are dealing with.

Tripura Sundari wikipedia
EXCERPT:
Tripurasundari" redirects here. For Nepalese village, see Tripurasundari (village).
"Lalita" redirects here. For the gopi, related to Krishna worship, see Lalita (gopi).
Tripura Sundari (lit. "Beauty of Three Worlds"), also called Shodashi, Lalita (lit. "She Who Plays"[1]) and Rajarajeshvari, is one of the group of ten goddesses of Hindu belief, collectively called mahavidyas.

The goddess Tripura Sundari in her aspect as Shodasi is represented as a sixteen-year-old girl, and is believed to embody sixteen types of desire. The Shodasi Tantra, a treatise on the Tantra, describes Tripura Sundari as "Beauty Of Three Worlds". She is described as being of dusky color, and is depicted in an intimate position with an aspect of Shiva. The couple are shown on a bed, a throne, or a pedestal resting on the significant male gods of Hinduism like Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva, and Indra.

The Indian state of Tripura derives its name from the goddess Tripura Sundari. Her main temple, the Tripura Sundari temple is also located on top of the hills near Radhakishorepur village, a little distance away from Udaipur town. Kashmiri Pandits have a collection of five ancient hymns, collectively known as Panchastavi, that were composed ages ago in praise of Tripura Sundari. These ancient hymns still remain very popular among this community.

Tripura sundari or Lalita is the goddess associated with Sri Vidya. The panchadashakshari mantra is the most guarded secrets of Sri Vidya, Usually a Guru gives it to the highly deserving disciple. As it is said in Lalita sahasranama, 'Na shathaya na dushtaya na vishwasaya karhichith sri mathra bhakti yuktaya sri vidya raja vediney' means, that this divine knowledge or vidya should not be taught or given to a person who is wicked, depraved or unfaithful. It should only be taught to a deserving person as this is the King of all Vidyas. Lalita holds five flowery arrows, noose, goad and bow. The noose represents attachment, the goad represents repulsion, the sugarcane bow represents the mind and the flowery arrows are the five sense objects.

Shodashakshari-Panchadashakshari-mantras
Shodashakshari Mantra: This is one of the famous and powerful mantra, and its secrets are unexplainable it has 16 letters.

This mantra is –

Ka Ye E La Hrim Ha Sa Ka Ha La Hrim Sa Ka La Hrim Shrim

Panchadashakshari Mantra: This also very powerful mantra, and it has 15 letters; and it is also called Shri Vidya Mantra.

It is –

Ka Ye E La Hrim Ha Sa Ka Ha La Hrim Sa Ka La Hrim
Note: The difference between Shodashakshari & Panchadashakshari, Mantra is of Shrim only. These mantras are the most powerful, miraculous, mysterious and unexplainable. Only a fortunate disciple gets diksha of these mantras from a Guru, and these mantras starts opening the secrets of the life and beyond the life.

These mantras are tested and have been used by number Gurus and Masters of India. A mantra actually becomes a mantra when it is given the by the Guru, and a Guru tells a proper guideline and procedure.

Sri Yantra wikipedia
EXCERPT:
The Sri Chakra or Shri Yantra is a yantra formed by nine interlocking triangles that surround and radiate out from the central (bindu) point, the junction point between the physical universe and its unmanifest source. It represents the Hindu goddess Sri Lakshmi, the goddess of abundance on all levels, in abstract geometric form. It also represents the goddess in her form of Tripura Sundari, "the beauty of the three worlds". Four of the triangles point upwards, representing Shiva or the Masculine. Five of these triangles point downwards, representing Shakti or the Feminine. Thus the Sri Yantra also represents the union of Masculine and Feminine Divine. Because it is composed of nine triangles, it is known as the Navayoni Chakra.[1]

Together the nine triangles are interlaced in such a way as to form 43 smaller triangles in a web symbolic of the entire cosmos or a womb symbolic of creation. Together they express Advaita or non-duality. This is surrounded by a lotus of eight petals, a lotus of sixteen petals, and an earth square resembling a temple with four doors.[1]

The Shri Chakra is also known as the nava chakra because it can also be seen as having nine levels. "Nava" means "nine" in Sanskrit. Each level corresponds to a mudra, a yogini, and a specific form of the deity Tripura Sundari along with her mantra. These levels starting from the outside or bottom layer are:[1]

Please be aware that two of my children were born in Dos Palos, Ca. Pollen Path
EXCERPT:
At the time, I was reading the Bible for basically the first time, although I had read a few verses over the years. Right after reading about the above mentioned concepts, I came to Revelation 11:9 and 11:11, which speak of the two olive trees/lampstands that lie dead for "three days and a half," and then stand up on their feet when a breath of life from God enters them.

The verses were not only "coincidental"

Dharmic and dreams
EXCERPT:
At this point, spiritual maturity has been fully achieved. Further incarnations on the Dharmic Wheel are then unnecessary. The transformed Spirit of Light moves to the Center, symbolized by Bel, for further development in a different sphere of reality.

At the time I read this article, some incredible things were happening with me. See:

Humanity On The Pollen Path

It is a story of dreams and coincidences that came like puzzle pieces into a meaning. A central part of the article speaks of a coincidence involving the Sri Yantra pattern that appeared grooved into a dry lake bed in Oregon in 1990. It was huge, with 13.3 miles of lines.

bifurcation
Bifurcation means the splitting of a main body into two parts.

Bifurcation or Bifurcated may refer to:

Bifurcation (law), the division of issues in a trial for example the division of a page into two parts.
Bifurcation theory, the study of bifurcation in dynamical systems
River bifurcation, the forking of a river into its tributaries
Tongue bifurcation (disambiguation), different modifications or formations of the tongue
False dilemma or bifurcation, in which two alternative statements are held to be the only possible options when there are more options
Bifurcation of an incompressible flow, modeled by squeeze mapping the fluid flow
Bifurcated bonding, in which a single hydrogen atom participates in two hydrogen bonds.
Bifurcation in cybernetic systems: when a system switches from one stable state to another minor fluctuations may play a crucial role in deciding the outcome.

Dharmic wheel crop patterns
EXCERPT:
One of the most important crop formations of 1992, appeared just north of Silbury Hill, Wiltshire (SU.094690) on the night of August 17th . It was called the "Charm Bracelet."

Anthropologist and crop circle researcher, Michael Green, wrote a brilliant article about the formation, calling it a "Dharmic Wheel." The title of the article was, "An Archaeological Approach." The meaning of the formation has similarities to the huge Sri Yantra pattern that appeared in a dry lake bed in Oregon in 1990.

Michael Green was the Chairman of the International Centre of Crop Circle Studies. In 1992 he was preparing a study of the crop circle phenomenon as symbols of spiritual development under the title, "The Celtic Zodiac." His chapter, "The Rings of Time" in The Crop Circle Enigma elaborates on the Dharmic Wheel.

The implications are in this story, that the realm of Donn is underwater. This would denote the House of Donn as "the land beneath the waves" and other euphemisms for OtherWorld. These lands or cities beneath the waves, where lives the spirits of the departed, are known throughout Celtic lands [27].
